New Year Weight Maintenance: A 4-Week Virtual Ayurveda & Yoga Workshop

This 4-week series is designed to help you set and achieve your health goals for 2025, using practical and personalized Ayurveda and Yoga practices that support weight management and overall well-being. – The start of a new year is the perfect time to refocus on your health, and this series will equip you with simple, actionable techniques to maintain or lose weight, giving you a strong foundation for the year ahead. – Each week, we’ll meet online to explore the principles of Ayurveda—the science of life—and Yoga, the practice of uniting body, mind, and spirit. These ancient practices provide timeless wisdom for living in harmony with your surroundings, through daily routines and mindful movement. The techniques you’ll learn are easy to integrate into your daily life, promoting optimal health without requiring much time. – Additionally, you’ll receive a personalized one-hour virtual session with Mary Dawn, scheduled at your convenience during January. This session will focus on your unique constitution—a concept in Ayurveda that refers to your individual mind-body type, influencing your health and wellness needs.
